At LF Lounge VIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LF Lounge VIP account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
